Step 1
Get your estimate

If it's your first time using us, you'll probably want to get a quote from us. There are two ways to go about this. 

A.) We'll come out and count for windows for you FREE of charge and get an exact quote for you.

B.) You count them yourself. (Click here to see how to count your windows)

​      Note: You will only be provided an estimate as we will need to confirm the pane count and pricing with you before proceeding to start that job. 

Step 2
Book your appointment

            After you receive your estimate or quote for your windows, you are ready to schedule your first appointment!

Step 3
Meet & Greet

          When we arrive at your house, we do our best to treat your home and family like we would our own.

Before we start any job, we confirm exactly what service we'll be providing for you for the day, double check your window count, as well provide you with a short "gameplan" on the order of how we will clean your windows for the day.

Step 4
Cleaning

          Before we walk into any house, we make sure we have all the gear to protect your home from getting messy while ensuring we are courteous to those who may be in the home still.

Some of the thing we do to ensure this are;

• Wear protective shoe covers or indoor shoes.
• Lay down towels on the floor or any furniture that water could drip on.
• Wipe down window sills and ledges. 
• Knock on any closed doors before entering any rooms.
• Give you doggo big pets on the head to let him know we're just there to clean his slobber. (Yes, we are dog friendly!)

​Step 5
Walk Around

          Before we leave a job, we always make sure we did the job right! After we clean all the windows, we will go around and double check all the windows to ensure there are no smudges that we may have left, all your screens are back in and secure, and that all your windows are locked back up. If we noticed any issues with your windows or screens at this time, we will take note of it so that you are aware before we leave!

​Step 6
Check-Out

          Even thought we double check-your windows, we always encourage you to do a quick walk around yourself before you check-out to make sure we are holding up to the quality of service we promised to deliver. We would rather fix the issue while we're already there then have to come back out another day! 

Once you're ready to check out, we can take payment multiple ways! You can pay using Check, Cash, Card, or more. Not home? No problem, we'll send you over an invoice that you can click & pay online!
